My life transformation - how to lose 60 lbs / 27 kg per two months and a half

I’d long been struggling with my doubts before I decided to tell you my story, and finally I realized I couldn’t afford to shut up about my experience any more. I’m 26 and I can say I look really great (to hell with modesty!) and I guess you know I’ve married a wonderful guy. Now I live an increasingly crazy roller-coaster life and, I should confess, I feel like I’m a character of some beautiful fairy tale story. However, that was not always the case. I mean, I weighed 200 lbs (90 kg) only a year ago…

My current weight is 145 lbs (66 kg), and I’ve been at this point for nearly six months. The short answer is physical activity and IncinerX.1. Well, first thing first!

I’d made dozens of tries before. What was my motivation? This is quite understandable for those who face more than just a fast-food/sweet candy issue. I’d been quite so chubby since childhood. I think I was genetically prone to excess weight. Well, while as a child I was affectionately called a ‘chubby little cutie’ or ‘cuppy cake’, in my teens I often had to withstand the derogatory ‘that fat girl’ or even ‘lard-bucket’. Here started the whole bunch of complexes, lack of confidence, feeling ugly, self-despise and aversion to my fat, bulky and horrible body. All I wanted was to lose weight, grow slender and look attractive to handsome men and finally get what I’d been robbed of for so long.

I had gone on six different diets, but all those self-inflicted starvation torments gave me was the realization that individual proneness to obesity made it a challenge to shed extra pounds.

One day, I ordered a remedy online, which had a leaflet telling me that I could continue to lose weight without cutting down on food. And now, guess what happened next, huh? Correct, I gained 11 extra pounds (5kg) and quit right away.

Gym sessions would not come easy to me either, not as much physically as emotionally. Many girls and women attend gyms to keep themselves trim. Given the 200lbs horse godmother bulk that I was, I felt like the black sheep. My movements were all clumsy, and I was all red and panting after just ten minutes of exercise. I did get some results though - I’d lose about 17lbs (8 kg) However, I’d never see the much-craved-for fit body in the mirror.

That was exactly when the miracle came.

I was determined to start just another gym story. I’d decided to go to a new gym, as it had just opened and was located close to my house. There I met a formidable-looking yet very kind and caring coach (yes, his name was Travis, my would-be husband). We had a lengthy talk about diets, exercises, and he’d listen very carefully to everything I was telling him, and finally he advised me to take IncinerX.1 to burn calories more efficiently and boost my energy level at the same time . There were no reasons for skepticism, and I went for it and that was, goddamn it, the first time in my life I did the right thing!

I also managed to get muscle definition, putting me at an 170lbs (78 kg) in just two weeks.

My weight remains stable for six months, and now, when I look in the mirror, I see a beautiful and fit girl staring back at me.       my husband said that you can use IX.1 even if you excersize at home, but try not to skip your trainings!

    The ‘self-inflicted starvation torment’ is quite the nail on the head. I can’t put myself to strict diets. I go to the gym, but so far I have nothing to boast of.
